Common questions
How fast can we go live?
With Done for you, we do it all in about 5 to 7 business days: set up the system, upload your menu with photos, and ship your QR table stickers. With Self-Setup, you upload the menu yourself, we still print and ship the QR stickers.
Do we need to buy tablets or hardware?
No. Guests use their own phones to scan the QR. The kitchen display runs on any old tablet or computer you already have. Zero hardware investment.
How does PromptPay work?
When the guest taps pay, your restaurant's PromptPay QR shows in their browser. They open their banking app, scan, pay. Money flows straight to your account. No middleman, no commission.
Can guests pay by cash or card?
Yes. For cash, guests choose 'pay at counter' and staff collect when they come to pay. Card and e-wallet payments are optional through OPN, our payment gateway, with a small processing fee. PromptPay stays free and lands straight in your account.
What if the internet goes down?
The kitchen display buffers orders offline. Guests can use their phone's 4G/5G to scan and order as normal. The system re-syncs automatically once internet returns.
Can we change the menu often?
Yes. The admin panel works on your phone. Add, remove, change prices, run today's specials. It all goes live immediately. No need to wait for us.
What if we only want to show the menu, without ordering?
Then QR Menu Lite is exactly right. ฿599/month, the same photo menu in multiple languages with QR table stickers, but no ordering or payment. You can upgrade to the full system anytime, your menu data carries over.
