What clients ask before the first call.

What does the first call cost?
Nothing. It takes 30 minutes, runs as a video call and commits you to nothing. Afterwards you get a written quote with a fixed price, if you want one.
How quickly do you reply?
I reply to messages within 24 hours. You can book a time yourself above, and the confirmation arrives by email straight away.
What should I prepare?
Nothing elaborate. It helps to have your current website, if there is one, two or three sites you like, and what the new site should do for you.
Which languages do we speak?
I hold calls in English or German. Your website can appear in any language, or in several.
Can we meet in person?
Usually by video, which saves you the trip. In Grafing near Munich and in Chiang Mai I also meet clients in person, by arrangement.
What happens to my details?
I only use them to answer your request. You will find the details in the privacy policy.
